Character Development: Unity, Family, Brotherhood
Character
development is an important part of our program. The Muskego
Warrior
High School
football program has three important character development areas:
unity, family, and brotherhood. Muskego/Wind Lake Youth football
is committed to tying our program to the Muskego
High School
football program, and will also these character development areas.
The following describes each component as it applies to our youth
football program:
Unity: Unity involves
combining all parts into one. In football, this means that all
players, coaches, and families come together to form one united team.
Family:
A family is a group of people that share common attitudes, interests,
and goals. A united team becomes a family that works towards common
values and goals
Brotherhood:
Brotherhood is the belief that all participants should act with
equality towards one another. This means that players, coaches, and
families treat each other like brothers.
A
united team is a family where individuals treat each other like
brothers.
On the Field
Muskego/Wind
Lake Youth football is also committed to tying our program to the
Muskego
Warrior
High School
program on the field. Our teams share similar offensive and
defensive philosophies and strategies. This allows the players
in our youth program to make a smooth transition to the high school
football program.
